Smaller line used to finish off the main stroke or the letter

the vertical measurement used to identify the size of a typeface.

Even if the character doesn’t not have an ascender or a de-a  the point size will still measure from top to bottom

For each of the 8 principles of design, find an example that utilizes the principle within the design. You should have 8 DIFFERENT sample designs. For each, discuss how the particular principle is used.




 1. Repetition
The way this image repeats itself, is by using so much of the same colors, and object.

 

2. Proportion/scale
  By maintaining the structure of this image, the way it set up, it shows the way it can see everything.

3. Balance
It shows the way the image can be prepared to show the whole image itself, without having to cram thing in one whole picture. 






4. Emphamis
 focuses on one object, while blurring the whole image so you can concentrate.





5. Unity
 Makes other objects connect, to from another object.









 
6. Veriety
 Same objects, but with different colors. blurring non objects.






7. Rhythm
 The same contrast trace of the picture.




 
8. Contrast  
Brightening one object that your focusing on.
