As they go on with there websites, they show a very briefe overview. NAPP was found and established on October. 2000. In the "Photoshop hall of fame." The founder of NAPP was Bryan O’Neil Hughes. Bryan started to use Photoshop 3.0. But it was just then when he saw the demo of Photoshop 4.0 that he wanted to become apart of the Adobe team.

 THIER MISSION
Once Bryan became apart of the Adobe team they had a mission. Their mission was to honor and recognize those individual who contributed to the business, education, and development, of art. (On Photoshop)

 ORGANIZATION & INDUSTRY
Its Photoshop CS6. Their organization is organized by authors, and illustrators.

No place makes it easier to learn all you need to know about Adobe Photoshop than NAPP! We have thousands of written and video tutorials for all versions of Photoshop that cover typography, photo restoration, photo retouching, correction, selection, layers, effects, actions, illustration, web, design, and more!
These tutorials were created by three of our Photoshop pros – Matt Kloskowski, RC Concepcion and Corey Barker. Check them out… we’re sure you’ll learn something new, plus they’re a good example of the quality of tutorials we create weekly for our members.

Enhancing Light Sources

Matt teaches you how to add a light source to a photo composite using a tip he learned from Calvin Hollywood. You’ll work with the gradient adjustment layer taking it from solid to noise and then adding themagic of HSB. The light source effects he shares are limitless..

Text and Masking

You’ll start thinking about how you can use text and images in new ways with this tutorial. Corey changes a color image to B&W, blows out the highlights with level adjustments and introduces text into an image, and more. Plus you get a nice tip on how to move two layers at once even when they’re not next to each other.

Using Tool Presets

One of the best timesaving tools in Photoshop is a preset. RC shows you how easy it is to create your own. For example, he uses the same image size and resolution for blog images, so he created a preset called “medium blog image.” It works for repetitive retouching techniques too – like your favorite brush, flow and opacity settings.

Prepping Your Photos for Online Printing

When someone else is going to print your work, you want to make sure you’ve got the right color profile set up before you send your file off. Matt shows you how to take a few simple steps to ensure you’ll get the best color quality from an image in Photoshop and in Light-room.
